This classical Shan Buddha is sitting on a large Throne (with a very elaborate description all around) in a "calling the earth to witness" posture. His oval face has a serene expression, the hair is peppercorn styled and at the top rises the usnisa (flame) shaped as a stupa. The robe is simple, covering the left shoulder and the ears are going all the way down to the shoulders. You will see green and white stoneinlay in the hairband and on the robe, which is very unusual. The Buddha is in a excellent condition.

Rare sitting burmese Mon Buddha on a large throne. He has a sharp nose, eyes are downcasted and he is wearing a decorated robe. In the forehead there is a white stone. This Buddha is sitting on a very large nicely decorated throne with a small inscription (saying: Buddha is treasure from Yar Ma Nya= Mon) on the side and. Nice patina with no traces of paint. Larger beautiful sitting Awa bronze Buddha from Burma. Also called Tai Yai. This Buddha is sitting on a very large Throne in a rather unusual posture,  "healing teacher" or Bhisakta guru. Holding a nut in his right hand and in the left, a bowl with water. His oval face has a serene expression, the hair is peppercorn styled and at the top rises the usnisa (flame) shaped as a stupa. The robe is quit simple, and the ears are normaly going all the way down to the shoulders. But not on this Buddha. The patina is dark brown, nearly blackish. The Buddha is in a excellent condition. A collectors item.

The robe is very simple, only covering the left shoulder and the ears are going all the way down to the shoulders. The patina is dark with some greenish spots. The Buddha is in a excellent condition.
